- Seller: A person that wants to sell an item.
- Purchasers: A customer on the Manxads website.
- Charity: A charity that has been registered on the Isle of Man and holds a valid charity registration number.
- Trader: A corporate (company) entity that is advertising their goods or service on Manxads.
- Users: Can be Sellers, Purchasers, Traders, Charities or a person viewing the website.
- Registration: The procedure required to become a seller on the Manxads website.
Registration & Listing
Sellers will complete the online registration procedure, with full and correct details. Inaccurate details could be deemed as fraudulent and your registration will be removed from the site.
Sellers will only advertise items that they own. Items should be described as best as possible without misleading information. Details must not include foul language and must comply with these terms and conditions. Your chosen password should be kept safe and can be changed at any time. If you feel your account has been compromised than please contact us on sales@manxads.com.
The Sellers and purchasers of the website agree that Manxads is only an advertising area for items for sale. Any problems that arise from a sale is the responsibility of the purchaser and seller.
Sellers must make a reasonable effort to check all payments received. Any Problems that may arise from non payment should be directed to the purchaser. The seller agrees that Manxads can not be held responsible for items that have not been paid for. Manxads can not release any data held on a purchaser if registered on Manxads. See Manxads privacy policy.
All users must comply with the terms and conditions of Manxads.
Manxads cannot be held responsible for content of its website or websites viewed from a link from the site. Please contact us if there are areas of concern, which have not been spotted by Manxads administration.
All listings must be legal and conform to UK and Manx Law.
Manxads reserve the right to remove any listings that may be deemed unfit for the website content. This includes, but is not exhaustive to:
- Food
- Alcohol
- Fireworks
- Weapons
- Cigarettes
- Drugs
- Stolen Goods
- Pornographic Material
- Pirate (copied) Software or Films
- Abusive / Foul Language

Manxads are not liable for listing content, and advise users to view all items and make sure that the item(s) you are purchasing is as advertised and you are 100% happy with what you are purchasing. If you are unsure please seek legal advice.
Currently, advertising (listings) on Manxads is free; however Manxads reserve the right to apply charges at its discretion. Any charges will be advertised on the website and or emailed 14 days before commencement.
